Standard shipping of 8 cartons or less will be delivered by DHL. International shipments will
attract additional shipping charges which will be required before your order can be
processed. We will notify you of the additional shipping charge by email.
Missing or Damaged Shipments: Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes
shipped with the number of boxes received. On occasion carriers may deliver boxes
separately. Please note that ground and air shipments are often assigned to separate trucks
and may arrive at different times of the day. It is your responsibility to inspect items for
damages before signing the carrier's shipping invoice.
