Bamboo Floors Depot 25 Year Warranty
Bamboo Floors Depot warranty to the original purchaser for residential applications. The pre-finish
coating will not wear through under normal residential use and with proper maintenance.
Exclusion from coverage:
This warranty is valid only if the owner can provide an original proof of purchase and is the original
owner of the flooring. Bamboo Floors Depot cannot guarantee pet abuse ,indentations, scratches or
surface damage caused by negligence, spiked hell shoes, furniture, water erosion, pebbles, other
abrasives or insufficient protection on furniture, failure to follow all the manufacturer specific written
installation instruction, improper maintenance, misuse or improper alterations of original
manufactured product. It is important to maintain a stable relative humidity rate between 40%and
45% in the home.
Small cracks that develop from improper moisture control, flooding and excessive drying will not be
covered. Expanding and contracting of the bamboo floor is not covered. Color Variations are a
natural occurrence in flooring due to age and exposure to ultraviolet sunlight. Harmful ultraviolet
sunlight will over time, fade and discolor bamboo flooring. Sunlight and UV rays can and will cause
the staining, fading, gloss reduction and change color in the any wood or bamboo flooring. Therefore
fading" and discoloration due to exposure to sunlight and its UV rays are not covered by our
warranty.

- Pre-Installation Warranty: Installer should inspect each plank for quality, color
- and finish before installation. If not 100% satisfied, you just return the uncut plank to your
dealer. Bamboo Floors Depot will replace it at no cost. Bamboo Floors Depot and its
distributors will not take any responsibility for complain about quality and color variation after
installation.
- Pre-Finish Warranty: Bamboo Floors Depot warranties that surface will not wear through
under normal residential traffic condition, from the date of original purchase.
- Caution: Bamboo Floors are manufactured in accordance with accepted industry standards
which permit a defect tolerance that does not exceed 5%. You accept the products as it is
when you complete installation except for structural lamination problems. Also, because
bamboo is a natural fiber, variation in color occurs naturally. Each box should be inspected for
major differences in color and staggered throughout the floor.
